In industrial production, organic waste gas emissions cause serious pollution to the environment. Catalytic combustion equipment, as a key equipment for efficient treatment of organic waste gas, has gradually become the choice of many enterprises. This type of equipment uses catalysts to reduce the activation energy of organic waste gas oxidation and decomposition, allowing it to undergo combustion reactions at lower temperatures, producing carbon dioxide and water, and achieving waste gas purification. At present, there are several common types of catalytic combustion equipment.
一、蓄熱式催化燃燒設備(RCO)
1、 Regenerative Catalytic Combustion Equipment (RCO)
蓄熱式催化燃燒設備(Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer,簡稱 RCO)是一種高效節(jié)能的催化燃燒設備。其核心原理是在催化燃燒反應過程中,利用蓄熱體對反應產(chǎn)生的熱量進行回收利用。設備內(nèi)部設有多個蓄熱室,有機廢氣首先進入蓄熱室,被蓄熱體預熱到一定溫度后,進入催化反應室,在催化劑的作用下發(fā)生氧化燃燒反應,釋放出大量熱量。反應后的高溫氣體再經(jīng)過另一個蓄熱室,將熱量傳遞給蓄熱體,自身溫度降低后排出。
Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO) is an efficient and energy-saving catalytic combustion device. The core principle is to use a heat storage body to recover and utilize the heat generated during the catalytic combustion reaction process. There are multiple heat storage chambers inside the equipment. Organic waste gas first enters the heat storage chamber, is preheated to a certain temperature by the heat storage body, and then enters the catalytic reaction chamber. Under the action of the catalyst, oxidation combustion reaction occurs, releasing a large amount of heat. The high-temperature gas after the reaction passes through another heat storage chamber, transferring heat to the heat storage body, and is discharged after its own temperature decreases.
二、直燃式催化燃燒設備(CO)
2、 Direct fired catalytic combustion equipment (CO)
直燃式催化燃燒設備(Catalytic Oxidizer,簡稱 CO)是較為基礎的催化燃燒設備類型。該設備工作時,有機廢氣直接進入催化反應室,在催化劑表面發(fā)生氧化反應。與蓄熱式不同,直燃式催化燃燒設備不設置蓄熱回收系統(tǒng),反應所需熱量主要依靠電加熱或燃氣加熱等方式提供,將廢氣預熱到催化反應所需的溫度。
Direct fired catalytic oxidizer (CO) is a relatively basic type of catalytic combustion equipment. When the device is in operation, organic waste gas directly enters the catalytic reaction chamber and undergoes oxidation reaction on the surface of the catalyst. Unlike thermal storage, direct combustion catalytic combustion equipment does not have a thermal storage recovery system. The heat required for the reaction is mainly provided by electric heating or gas heating, preheating the exhaust gas to the temperature required for the catalytic reaction.
三、吸附 - 催化燃燒設備
3、 Adsorption catalytic combustion equipment
吸附 - 催化燃燒設備是將吸附技術與催化燃燒技術相結合的新型設備。它主要由吸附單元和催化燃燒單元兩部分組成。首先,有機廢氣通過吸附單元,利用活性炭等吸附材料將廢氣中的有機污染物吸附富集,使凈化后的氣體達標排放。當吸附材料達到飽和后,通過熱空氣脫附等方式將吸附的有機污染物解吸出來,形成高濃度的有機廢氣,再送入催化燃燒單元進行燃燒處理。
Adsorption catalytic combustion equipment is a new type of equipment that combines adsorption technology with catalytic combustion technology. It mainly consists of two parts: adsorption unit and catalytic combustion unit. Firstly, organic waste gas is adsorbed through adsorption units and enriched with organic pollutants using adsorption materials such as activated carbon, resulting in purified gas that meets emission standards. When the adsorbent material reaches saturation, the adsorbed organic pollutants are desorbed through methods such as hot air desorption, forming high concentration organic waste gas, which is then sent to the catalytic combustion unit for combustion treatment.
四、旋轉(zhuǎn)式 RCO 催化燃燒設備
4、 Rotating RCO catalytic combustion equipment
旋轉(zhuǎn)式 RCO 催化燃燒設備是蓄熱式催化燃燒設備的升級改進版本。它采用旋轉(zhuǎn)式閥門控制廢氣的流向,使設備在運行過程中,各個蓄熱室能夠依次進行蓄熱、燃燒、冷卻等操作,實現(xiàn)連續(xù)不間斷的廢氣處理。與傳統(tǒng) RCO 設備相比,旋轉(zhuǎn)式 RCO 設備的結構更加緊湊,占地面積更小,同時熱回收效率進一步提高,可達 95% 以上。
The rotary RCO catalytic combustion equipment is an upgraded and improved version of the regenerative catalytic combustion equipment. It adopts a rotary valve to control the flow direction of exhaust gas, so that during the operation of the equipment, each heat storage chamber can perform heat storage, combustion, cooling and other operations in sequence, achieving continuous and uninterrupted exhaust gas treatment. Compared with traditional RCO equipment, rotary RCO equipment has a more compact structure, occupies a smaller area, and further improves heat recovery efficiency, reaching over 95%.
